First Flipbook Setup

This is a picture from around 2006ish...I was thick in the start of my flipbook making world, well before I knew about the beauty of a light box.  I did know that I needed a light source to trace with, so I used a plane of glass from the windows (while the screen windows were in use) and held it up with 2 tv trays.  I remember having to be aware of putting too much pressure on the glass because it was relatively thin and I was worried it would break.

I haven't really though about it but that lamp has been a wonderful helpful through the past few years. It's great because it has an outlet built in.  It's been featured here and there in a couple of my comics.
